Secrets Playa Blanca is a luxury Hyatt Collection adults only all inclusive resort located in the safe and secure Hotel Zone north of Cancun, Mexico. Important Information
Book By:
Please make your room deposit by January 31, 2026 to secure your reservation. This deposit contributes to the substantial group commitment we’ve made to the resort. A $100 deposit per person is required, plus the cost of travel insurance if selected. Flexible payment plans are available to make this easy.

Final Payment:
All room balances must be paid in full by June 30, 2026. Any remaining balances after this date will incur a $100 per room late payment fee assessed by the hotel.

Dates, Rates, and Availability:
We have a contracted room block with guaranteed rates from November 10–15, 2026. You are welcome to request extended dates before or after, but availability and rates outside these dates are subject to the resort’s approval and may vary. Early booking is encouraged, especially if you are planning a longer stay, as availability outside of the block is limited. There is a 3-night minimum stay for all guests, best dates to book are November 12-15th unless you plan to extend your trip.

Preferred Club Upgrade:
Secrets Playa Blanca offers an optional Preferred Club upgrade for access to the exclusive lounge and preferred bar, premium liquor, upgraded rooms, and special check-in/check-out services. This is an additional cost and can be added at check-in or by contacting Via Destination at contact@viadestination.com after you book your stay.

Guests not staying at the resort will incur a $150 USD daily charge for resort access, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation and coordination with the resort.
