Have questions before your trip?
Cancun Airport | {CUN}
It’s completely up to you! The minimum stay at the resort is 3 nights—November 12, 13, and 14. However, we’ll be hosting events throughout the week, so we warmly encourage guests to come early, stay late, and turn the celebration into a full vacation!
Yes, you will need a valid passport to enter Mexico, and it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond November 2026. A visa is not required for tourist visits of up to 180 days.
We recommend getting your passport immediately. The processing time to get an US passport by the Department of State could take 3-4 months, we recommend you to do it as soon as you can because you will need your passport to book your flight.

If you're coming from the U.S.: No, you don’t need to exchange money unless you prefer to. U.S. dollars are widely accepted at the resort and in most local shops, especially for tips and small purchases. We've personally never needed to exchange currency.
If you're traveling from outside the U.S.: Yes, it's recommended to exchange your currency for either Mexican pesos or U.S. dollars, as those are the only two currencies typically accepted in the area.
While it’s best to avoid drinking tap water directly, all the resort’s restaurants serve filtered water that is completely safe to drink, and the ice is also made from filtered water. Brushing your teeth with tap water is generally safe, but if you have a sensitive stomach, you may prefer to use bottled or filtered water as a precaution. You can get unlimited bottled water delivered to your room and in your mini fridge!
