To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you complete two important steps as soon as possible.

RSVP — Deadline to RSVP is January 30th 2026 we have a few events scheduled, so please let us know what you are able to attend.

Book your stay — You can book your stay through the link to the right. We’ve arranged a special room block with preferred rates and flexible payment options. Our wedding planner can assist with flights and any additional travel needs. Deadline for your initial deposit of the room is January 30th 2026, and your final payment for the room needs to be completed by June 30th 2026.

The earlier you confirm your RSVP and secure your room, the easier it is for both you and us to finalize arrangements. RSVP (2 minutes total)

Click RSVP — this opens a new tab in Aisle Planner.

Enter your last name, select your party, and choose the events you’ll attend (see the Schedule page if helpful).

Click Submit.
If you’re arriving early or staying late, please RSVP accordingly. We’d love to know so we can spend extra time together.

Booking Your Stay
Click Book Your Stay (opens a new tab with Travel Impressions).

Select Hotel Only if booking flights directly (best if you plan to use points/miles)

Select Flight + Hotel if you’d like to book everything together in one reservation. Flights will be selected on the next screen. Please note this option is booked through a third party, which can make changes harder than booking flights yourself.

The Dates default to Nov 6–9 — this is NOT the wedding weekend

Please select Nov 12–15 (3-night minimum) unless extending your stay.

2. Choose Your Room

Select your preferred room type.

IMPORTANT: The handicap-accessible room is reserved for the Galluzzo family.
If you require a handicap accessible room, email contact@viadestination.com and the hotel will gladly accommodate.

3. Optional Add-Ons (Our Recommendations)

Travel Insurance: We generally recommend declining, as most major travel credit cards already provide coverage.

Airport Transfers: Please do select this as we have a preferred transportation company secured to provide this great rate of $40 per person round-trip.

Rental Cars: Skip this. You won’t need one, and excursions include transportation.

Excursions: You’re welcome to book if you extended your stay, however, we recommend doing so on property with the hotel concierge for flexibility.
